Virtual Bistro Catering’s Shrimp Pasta
1/2 pound Clean and Peeled Shrimp
1 glove garlic minced
1/2 cup whole pitted black olives
1 small thinly red onion
2 cps of baby spinach
4 tablespoons of butter
Chopped Flat leaf Parsley
Cooked and drained Angel Hair Pasta
In a medium pan heat one tablespoon of butter, add the onion and saute add the garlic, parsley and continue cooking. Add the pasta, spinach and the rest of the butter. Toss in the black olives and stir. Serve with your favorite garlic bread.
