Some mobile phone service providers have announced they will be providing relief for customers during Tropical Storm Barry.

AT&T will provide unlimited talk, text, and data to both AT&T Wireless and AT&T Prepaid customers in 22 parishes in 22 parishes – Assumption, Jefferson, Lafourche, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St James, St. John the Baptist, St. Martin, St. Mary, Terrebonne, Lafayette, Acadiana, Iberia, Tangipahoa, East Baton Rouge, Livingston, St. Tammany, West Baton Rouge, St. Landry and Ascension. This runs from July 12 through July 18.

AT&T will do this by issuing credits and waiving additional service charges for AT&T wireless customers with billing addresses and AT&T PREPAID customers with phone numbers in zip codes within these parishes

Verizon is providing unlimited domestic Talk, Text & Data through 7/16/2019 to their active customers in these ZIP codes affected by Tropical Storm Barry.

Sprint’s retail locations will serve as charging stations for anyone in the area. Please check the Sprint store locator tool to confirm that the store nearest you is currently open.
