Local Broadcast TV Station Becomes an RTN affiliate.
Retro Television Network (RTN), which is nationally owned and distributed by Equity Media Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: EMDA), announced today that it plans to launch an RTN affiliate in Lafayette, LA. The new affiliate will officially launch Nov. 1 on KDCG TV based in Opelousas and will air in 9 Acadiana parishes on COX Communications cable channel 9 and Charter Cable channel 11 among others.
"RTN - KDCG programming will fill the local airwaves with Magnum P.I., Hawaii 5-0, Matlock, Mission: Impossible and many more great hit shows," said Mark Dvornik, Executive Vice President of RTN. "Lafayette area viewers will laugh along with Michael J. Fox, as Alex Keaton, in Family Ties and Ron Howard, as Richie Cunningham, in the timeless hit Happy Days."

RTN is a new television network that provides each affiliate a customized feed with classic hit shows, in addition to Saturday morning children’s programs and local weather updates.
